Hi everyone! I'll be running some nice slow hill repeats tomorrow morning to ease back into a workout schedule. If anyone wants to join me, I'll be starting around 6:15 tomorrow morning (Friday July 16th) at the bottom of the access road from the waterfront to North Ave (not long, or a trail, but that's ok).
