I'm new to running trails and dirt. Sounds like a great way to explore and meet other runners.

How long have you been running?

long time.. but marathons since '02

Any trail running experience? If yes, what have you done?

newbie to trails, finished Vt 50 in '09!

Short term trail running goals?

finish the Vt 100 in July

have fun, stay healthy

HILLS!
I'll be running long hill repeats this Friday, either in the early morning or the afternoon - it will depend on whether or not anyone else is interested! Maybe up Maple Street in Burlington?...

VT 100 prep near Keene, NH
Considering a north-south run on the well marked Sunapee-Monadnock Greenway Sunday 6/20. Starting at the base of Sunapee at 6 AM and ending on the Marlboro Trail off Monadnock summit & Shaker Farm Rd off 124; 52 +/- total miles....
