How long have you been running?
On and off for many years.
Any trail running experience? If yes, what have you done?
I used to live in Colorado and all I ran were trails.
Short term trail running goals?
Getting back into it! I've been nursing a back injury all spring & summer and I've gotten the go-ahead from the doc! Whoo hoo!!!! No ankle breaking.
Long term trail running goals?
I did triathlons for a few years because the 3 events keep my mind busier than 'just running' (another reason i love the trails! more to look at!) I'd love to run at least a 20 miler...working on my mental focus. No ankle breaking.
What do you want to get out of this group?
News, folks to run with, running tips, and good beer suggestions?
