Introduction

Too much asphalt...a trail is ever so much softer, more soulful, more beautiful. Generally the people on the trails are, too.

How long have you been running?

8 years

Any trail running experience? If yes, what have you done?

Not enough. I ran VT 50 in 2005, and have paced a couple 100 milers.

Short term trail running goals?

I'm moving to Denver and want to explore trails in the mountains.

Long term trail running goals?

Trail races. Shorter at first, but ultras are in my future. I aspire to eventually lose at least 5 toenails in one race (all 10 is greedy, right?).

What do you want to get out of this group?

A couple smiles and high fives.
