Absolutely love to run trails. Looking to complete my first ultra later this year.

3+ years

Yes, 99% of all runs on trails. No real race experience though.

Short term trail running goals?

Stay healthy and complete first ultra.

Long term trail running goals?

Stave off injuries, have fun, and run in the rockies.
