Introduction
Duh, I started it :)
How long have you been running?
Going on two years
Any trail running experience? If yes, what have you done?
Lots, mostly in the last year or so. I've done several 50K, 50M, and recently my first 100M. I love to run trails and would love to share them with some more folks.
Short term trail running goals?
Get faster on the hills and flats, Grindstone (maybe 2009) & Massanutten Trail 100 in 2010
Long term trail running goals?
Western States 100, Leadville Trail 100, some of the big 100 milers. I would also LOVE to place in the top 10 of ANY race someday...but we can all dream :)
What do you want to get out of this group?
Meet some cool people, see and share amazing places, turn some knee killing road runners into trail runners :) and help people find the pure bliss of running trails.

"We will do an out and back if people want so everyone can run whatever distance they want and we'll overlap with each other after the turn around. Of course, if people want to go end to end; we can do that too...."
